At Lilac Nail Shop, every order is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure your 100% handmade press-on nails arrive in perfect condition. Each set is individually handcrafted with care and prepared to meet our highest quality standards before it leaves our studio.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Please note that processing times may be extended during new collection launches, promotions, or peak shopping seasons.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Free Standard Shipping on orders of $65 or more
- Standard Shipping: $4.99
- Express Shipping: $9.99
Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
After your order has been processed:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is entered and the order has not yet shipped, please contact us immediately at support@lilacnailshop.com.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Lilac Nail Shop is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is marked as Delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will gladly assist you if additional information is needed.
